The Sovereign Legacy gun is a true double action, semi-automatic, Derringer pistol.

Double action as referenced here would refer to the actions of cocking the pistol to fire and barrel selection in the same trigger pull.

Semi-automatic, in successive rounds fired with successive pulls of the trigger.

Sovereign legacy double action technology uses the proven system of a ratchet and pawl for firing pin index and resulting barrel selection.

The legacy gun uses our innovative Ball and Blade Trigger to cock and fire the gun. The Ball  and Blade double action design is based on our patent pending Open Loop Scotch Yoke geometry.  The system effectively creates a Scotch Yoke sear engagement.  This innovation allows for unbelievably smooth trigger pull under load, and extremely fast lock time.
